Story

Very little is known about Master Erik.  More, in fact, is known about the history of "Nine Dragons Kung Fu" than is known about this cranky old practicioner of it.

Master Erik became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 1988, at the age of 48.  Since that time, he has used his personal fortune to open a dojo in [the campaign city].

Campaign Role

Master Erik has the dual role of "enigmatic Eastern martial artist" and "jaded old man."

Personality

Master Erik is cranky, grouchy and aloof.  If you leave him alone, he'll leave you alone, and that's the way he likes it.  He rarely displays emotions, often appearing stoic.

Abilities

Erik is a practicioner of "Nine Dragons Kung Fu". Nine Dragons has a deep emphasis on the near superhuman mystical abilities that the legendary founder of this art learned from his studies with the Nine Celestial Dragons.

Battle Tactics

Kick the hell out of anything that gets too close.  Erik has never been known to retreat, but he does keep track of his teamates and does move around a lot.

Adventure Seed

As a member of Project: Superhero, Erik could be encountered anywhere in the Ann Arbor area.  Erik followed Dullon Duralloy to his home planet after the bounty hunters attacked Dullon.  Over the course fo the next few years, Erik trained Dullon and some of the Jihad military in the techniques of "Nine Dragons Kung Fu."  Eventually, Erik returned to Earth and resumed a reasonably normal life.
