Background: Vivid Angel exists to bring fun to the world. She was assigned to the Heavensent to counter-balance the grim and lethal Livid Angel.

Personality/Motivation: Vivid Angel is the light-hearted one of the Heavensent.  Nothing can make her angry — not even Livid Angel and he's been trying for the last few million years.

Personal Quote: "Relax, it's only when you get uptight that the darkness can get inside you."

Powers/Tactics: Vivid Angel is immensely powerful, and she knows it. Her millenia of experience means she won't make stupid or obvious mistakes. She is a master of all forms of combat and all mortal weapons, but very much prefers her own ligh tpoers.

Appearance: As an Angel she is very tall (6'4") and has dense body tissue

Campaign Use: Vivid Angel, if not used as part of the Heavensent could be used in any light-hearted or superheroic campaign. All of the Heavensent provide a morally ambiguity and moral dillema for some PCs. The Heavensent can reach many criminals who are otherwise beyond the law or just hard to get to. The Heavensent also dispense justice only to the guilty (using Cosmic Awareness to be sure). They are protective of the innocent, and will in fact break off their actions if innocent victims could be harmed (this might include breaking of an attack which a child could witness and thus be harmed emotionally).

Notes:  Vivid Angel is based on the May 1997 release of the rules upgrade rules. These rules require a copy of the Revised Villains and Vigilantes RPG.
