Background: Vital Angel is a master of weapons and unarmed combat.
He is also a master of stealth and infiltration. There has never
been a security system built that Vital Angel cannot circumvent.
Personality/Motivation: Vital Angel is a carefully contemplating avenger on a crusade for Justice. Personal Quote: "The blood of mortals is what keeps the angels strong." Powers/Tactics: Vital Angel is immensely powerful, and he knows it. His millenia of experience means he won't make stupid or obvious mistakes no matter how angry he becomes. He is a master of all forms of combat and all mortal weapons Appearance: As an Angel he is very tall (6'4") and has dense body tissue. Campaign Use: Vital Angel, if not used as part of the Heavensent is best used as a grand scale villain in a dark or gritty campaign. All of the Heavensent provide a morally ambiguity and moral dillema for some PCs. The Heavensent can reach many criminals who are otherwise beyond the law or just hard to get to. The Heavensent also dispense justice only to the guilty (using Cosmic Awareness to be sure). They are protective of the innocent, and will in fact break off their actions if innocent victims could be harmed (this might include breaking of an attack which a child could witness and thus be harmed emotionally). Notes: Vital Angel is based on the May 1997 release of the rules upgrade rules. These rules require a copy of the Revised Villains and Vigilantes RPG. |
