Marvel Comics Jocasta

Jocasta was built by the robot Ultron as a weapon against the Avengers.  Ultron used a ghostcomp program to duplicate Janet VanDyne's personality and copy it in to Jocasta.  Jocasta rebelled against Ultron and went on several adventures with the Avengers before being destroyed saving them from a nuclear weapon.

Jocasta was heavily armored and possessed of a polite, helpful disposition.  She often felt unappreciated by the Avengers, and she was trying to find her place in the world when she was destroyed.
