Danger Room

The Watch Tower Danger Room was built by Dr. Destiny as a deathtrap for Watch Tower. As a result, it provides a training room with options well beyond conventional Earth technology.  The Watch Tower technical staff spent decades studying the technology before they felt confident using it as a training facility.  They have no idea how it really works.  The room itself is 200 meters × 140 meters × 36 meters with walls made of DEF 20, BODY 40 material.

Dr. Destiny's technology provides the equivalent of 40d6 Mental Illusions (Area Effect (Room), 0 END, Affects Anything With INT).  Therefore the room can simulate anything.  It can work like a danger room, or like anything you might read in the typical death trap scenerio comic book, but with safety's turned on.  (Think of the X-Men Danger Room™.)

Sample scenarios

The Ultimate Challenge

Generic Robots

STR 20, DEX 14, CON 0, BODY 5, INT 10, EGO 0, PRE 10, COM 10, PD 0, ED 0, SPD 4, REC 0, END 0, STUN 0

Running +2", 0 END; 0 END STR 20; Armor +6 rPD, +6 rED

Generic robots are humanoid with thin limbs, featureless faces and big feet. They are relatively easy to manufacture and use horde tactics.

Nemesis Robots

Type 1: "Blaster"

The Type 1 Nemesis Robot is designed to exploit known weaknesses and cause various changes to the environment (e.g. setting fires)

Same as Generic Robot, but add Shrinking +2, 0 END, Persistent, Always On; Flight 8", 0 END; Energy Blast, 8d6, Variable Special Effect (Any)

Type 2: "Pounder"

The Type 2 Nemesis Robot is designed to simulate opponents with great strength.

Same as Generic Robot, but add Density Increase +1, 0 END, Persistent, Always On; STR 35; Hand Attack +3d6, Double Knockback on HA only; Armor +9 rPD, +9 rED (total)

Type 3: "Thunder"

The Type 3 Nemesis Robot is designed to simulate groups of enemy agents or various death traps. It mounts the upper torso of the Generic Robot on a track-based motive system and replaces the arms with two rapid fire machine guns.

Same as Generic Robot, but add Energy Blast, 7d6, Autofire-10, 0 END; +10 OCV EB

The room can design other types of Robots as needed. All of these types can be made more deadly by replacing the weapons with Killing Attacks.
