Justin Priestly

To almost everyone, he is a moral and upstanding citizen of the world: philanthropist, diplomant and friend to movie stars and politicians. He is the head of Priestly Enterprises, a family owned conglomerate which owns a byzantine collection of other companies the world over. While not the largest company in the world, it is one of the most influential.

Most veteran superheroes and politicians know that Justin Priestly is really an amoral business tycoon who doesn’t care how he gains his money and power. In certain underworld circles, he is known for providing high tech equipment to supervillains in exchange for a significant share of that villains’ profits. He also hires supervillains and mercenaries for his personal bodyguard when visiting his exploitative manufacturing and service facilities. His great wealth and influence gives him access to cutting edge technologies. These technologies often find their way in to the hands of his employees. Watch Tower heroes have butted heads with his hired guns on several occasions. Because of his wealth and political connections, bringing him to justice will be nearly impossible.
