Project Superhero

Introduction:  Project Superhero is a research and training project funded by the United States federal government.  The purpose of the Project is to study metahuman abilities.  This information is then used to help volunteer metahumans understand their powers and use them for the benefit of the DMI.  This information is also used by the DMI and other government agencies to help them in the struggle against criminal metahumans.  Though technically not approved for law enforcement, the members often do become involved in the pursuit of metahuman criminals.

Membership:  Dullon Duralloy, Fast Forward, Gemini, Master Erik

Origin and History:  Project Superhero was started in 1954 to study superhumans.

Goals:  The project goals are to study superhumans.  The team goals are to help superhumans learn to understand their powers and become productive members of society.  The team also wants to protect society from evil superhumans.

Team Tactics:  Dullon is the leader.  He distracts foes and soaks attacks while the others move into position.  Lacking a solid "heavy hitter" the team uses coordinated attacks to pick apart their foes one at a time.

Relations:  All members of the team get along well.  Dullon and Erik have a long partnership and Gemini looks up to both of them as father figure and grandfather figure respectively.  Fast Forward is anti-social and angry by nature, but has bonded with this team of social misfits.

Scenario Use:  Novice heroes might join or be recruited by Project Superhero for training and study.
