Grimoire for "the Doctor".

The Doctor has a 62-point variable power pool.  Therefore, he can often utilize more than one spell at a time, based on the spell's Real Cost.

Mesmerizing Mists of Modor

This spell summons a wispy cloud of blue vapors. The spell is taught to many mages, so that they can keep their activities secret by causing others for forget. Typically, most people would be happy to forget an unpleasant experience (are inclined to do so), so the level of Mind Control doesn't necessarily need to be high.  Adapted from Mystic Masters, by Allen Varney.
