Background: Jacob Ripp is the fraternal twin of
Melinda Ripp.
Personality/Motivation: Jacob is cold, but driven by his passions. Jacob is highly intelligent, but doesn't always take the time to think before he acts. He is quick to display emotion, but rarely loses his temper.

smell the fear on their last dying gasp." Powers/Tactics: Jacob Ripp has steel hard skin and bone and superhuman strength. He can also fly and extrude three foot-long claws from the back of each hand. The claws have serrated edges which cause painful wounds. Appearance: Jacob Ripp is 5'11" tall with short cut brown hair and brown eyes. His costume matches that of his sister, which consists of a black hooded bodysuit.
