Bartleby Tiberius Pheight

Bartleby is a Frey, from the Oathbound Campaign Setting by Bastion Press.  These Small humanoid cats are, well, they're catmen (or catgirls, if you prefer). I love the concept and the art, and when I had a chance to play in a high level home game at Dragonflight 2003 run by Rick Lewis, I created Bartleby.  This was just after the 3.5e release, so I pushed and prodded the rules, and pulled together my OGC, to see what I could get.

I had a chance to play him again at Dragonflight 2004 in an Epic adventure being developed by Rob Biggar.

Bartleby has become a vehicle through which I develop, test and publish original OGC that fits with him.

Character Doc (PDF)

This doc provides an epic character that can be dropped into any campaign, and also provides some nice crunchy OGC game mechanics like new feats, new spells, and an improved revision of the epic mystric theurge PrC.

I just could not resist using this artwork. I think it is gorgeous, and it completely inspired the character of Bartleby.
(I silly statement, as I'm sure it has inspired about a thousand other frey characters -- this art appears in the Oathbound Campaign Setting hardcover :-)

I used an old version of NetStudio to mock this up for use as a gamecon table tent.
