Mullen the Outcast

Mullen was originally created some time between 1984 and 1986. I used him initially as an NPC in some adventures with Ken Solo.  Later, I used him in college in 1988, 1989.  Then he sat on my shelf for ages until I remembered him. As I write this (January 18, 2002) I have no idea where his character sheet is, so I'm re-creating him from memory.

Mullen was a bit of a tragic figure, banished from his homeland for some act of nobility, love or misunderstanding.  He desperately missed his homeland, and his only memento was his elven chain mail armor (mithril chain mail in 3e). Originally he was a fighter/magic-user.  Mullen derived his backstory from the Tunnels & Trolls RPG, and as such was 7'2" tall.

His other important possession was his ring of might.  In 1e/2e this raised his strength and constitution from their normal 12s to 18s. In 3e, this adds a +6 enhancement bonus to both strength and constitution.

Background: As implied by his name, Mullen is an outcast from his people.  He never talks about it, so his background remains a mystery.

He doesn't know any 4th level spells, because he uses his slots for feated lower level spells.  He always prepares spells with the Still Spell feat if they have somatic components, and frequently uses Silent Spell on those without somatic components.  Lightning bolt is the flashiest spell he knows.  He loves evocation and abjuration spells and focuses almost exclusively on those.

Appearance:  Mullen is incredibly tall, and attractive.
