Background: Kammer is an experienced mercenary. He keeps his identity secret, but it is known he was evicted from the army of one of the Arab nations. While doing duty in central Africa, he was badly injured and spent a week nursing his injuries by an odd smelling stream, surviving by sheer force of will. Shortly thereafter, he returned to his unit possessed of superhuman strength. He decided that he could make even more money as a mercenary supervillain, and took on his new life as Kammer.

Shortly after arriving in Europe, he committed to a long term contract with the Italian branch of Intercrime. This takes him all over the world, but especially throughout the United States where he acts as a trouble-shooter. Normally, he acts against Asian gangs and police targets, but he has tangled with other supers on numerous occasions.

Kammer is often assigned to lead a squad of Powered Infantry, especially when facing powered opposition.

Personality / Motivation: Kammer is a mercenary. Intercrime takes good care of him, so he is very loyal to them.

Powers / Tactics: Kammer possesses superhuman strength able to lift/press about 1500 lbs. He also has extraordinary willpower. Kammer has extensive training and experience in small unit tactics and guerilla warfare. He always carries a 9mm handgun and combat knife. Often he will also carry throwing stars or throwing knives. Depending on the mission he may carry other weapons such as a submachine gun, assault rifle, sniper rifle or even hand grenades. He makes extensive use of communications equipment to keep track of his squad. He has had training in several different styles of martial arts, but does not appear to have mastered any of them.

Appearance: Kammer is 5'11" and 200 lbs. of hard muscle. He has dark skin and deadly black eyes. His black hair is thinning on top, so he shaves his head bare. This gives him a more sinister appearance.
