Sometimes even the vaunted Power Infantry aren't enough. For those times, Intercrime has developed the Assault Infantry. Intercrime has only a
few dozen of these units worldwide, and each has been custom fitted to a proven and accomplished agent. The Assault Infantry armor is a battle suit standing 8.5' tall and weighing 1200 lbs. The
armor will repel antitank weaponry. It has a highly advanced communications suite including cellular, PCS, and satellite uplink. The sensor suite includes a HUD, targeting computer, short range
radar, infrared, thermograph and low-light imaging. The sensor enables normal audio input, but the four hour full NBC life support system blocks out any olfactory input. The suit contains
artificial muscles which enable the wearer to lift/press 2 tons with the mechanical arms. |

Built in weapons include a light machine gun in each arm and a micro-missile launcher in the shoulder. Spotlights and blasters in the chest complete the
armament. Frequently a handheld grenade launcher or heavy machine gun will be added. Assault Infantry are big and loud. They are usually deployed one at a time, but always supported by Ground Agents or
Powered Infantry. |

|
The bulk of Intercrime's agents are the Ground Agents. Ground Agents receive training in weapons and other skills useful to Intercrime. However, they would
be the equivalent of the US Army; talented, skilled, but not especially distinguished or specialized. |
|
|
For combat, standard equipment for Ground Agents is bullet proof jacket, helmet, communicator and Intercrime energy rifle. Many will carry conventional
pistols or knives as backup weapons. |
|
|
The promotional path from Ground Agent is to Powered Infantry or Assassin. The Assassins are the stealthy operators of Intercrime. They receive
extensive training in combat and weapons, as well as techniques for illegal entry or long term undercover operation. While not the most powerful, the Assassins are the most dangerous operatives within
Intercrime. Field weaponry usually consists of an Intercrime energy rifle, throwing stars and hand weapon such as nunchaku or wakizashi. |
