Dullon arrived on Earth in 1993 and his actions to save Ann Arbor, Michigan, from the Destroyers won him a spot with Project Superhero.  In 1997 he returned to the Empire.  Master Erik, Gemini and Fast Foward went with him.  Gemini and Fast Forward returned to Earth and Project Superhero in 1999 and provided this information.
