Freezerburn
Freezerburn has the natural ability to generate cold and ice. He is an Epsilon class supervillain. He is very level-headed, with good leadership skills. For a mercenary he is unusually averse to seriously injuring people.
It is believed that Freezerburn is currently on retainer with industrialist Justin Priestly and he may have found a full time partner in the supervillain Melter.
