Melter
Melter was formerly a bumbling convenience store robber with delusions of grandeur before he got his "big break" and gained superpowers while trying to create a distraction at a chemical manufacturing facility. Now, he is a slightly less than bumbling Epsilon class supervillain. He has the ability to project heat and light. By force of will, he can focus this energy in to beams from his hands or eyes, generate blinding flashes, or simply create pockets or warmth or daylight. He is vulnerable to bullets and cutting attacks.
It is believed that Melter is currently on retainer with industrialist Justin Priestly and it is possible that he has found a full time partner in Freezerburn.
