Who Bio "First Appearance"
Alpha Corps The national superteam of Canada. The team is being reorganized after suffering a disastrous defeat to the NC. The "Crisis at Caliente" NC prologue story.
Deathstroke Lead by Doctor Draconis, Deathstroke attempted to hold the world hostage under threat of launching all nuclear missles. Invasion of their South Pacific island base.
Destroyers The Destroyers were a supervillain group gathered by Shapeshifter and Annhilator at the command of Dr. Apocalypse. Their plot to take over Manhatten was foiled when they were defeated by Team Beta and are currently incarcerated. Death Duel with the Destroyers storyline.
London Guard The London Guard is the "official" superteam of London, England. They were present at the London social event hosted by Amanda Long (see Morningstar).
Teen Core Formerly a component of Watch Tower designed to help teenagers deal with their powers, but later spun off into its own organization. [None]

Who Bio "First Appearance"
Aeroflat Youngest sibling of Kodiak Steel (Stanis Yeltzin). He is a spoiled brat with the power to fly at amazing speeds and absorb substantial physical punishment. [None]
Annihilator Leader of the Destroyers. Can generate energy blasts, disintigration beams, force field and fly. Death Duel with the Destroyers
Auracle Australian psychic with a wide array of powerful but short range talents. Joined Team Beta shortly after the trouble in Taiwan.
Behemoth Really tough brick. Career criminal who gained his powers from a prison experiment. Member of the Destroyers. Death Duel with the Destroyers.
Blue Witch Superhuman and accomplished magician from another dimension. Unintentionally brought into the WT dimension by TB. Kidnapped a bunch of tourists from Buddhist temples in order to trick Team Beta into travelling to her dimension.
Brother Mantis Brazilian Copeira-master and voodoo practicioner. He has a vulnerability to fire due to a conflict with the Fire loa. Original member of Team Beta. Currently on leave of absence.
Cascade Cascade is composed of living water. He has high resistance to injury and can project powerful jets of water from his hands like a firehouse. Canadian engineer Ross Kinkaid was kidnaped from the James Bay hydroelectric project by one of the Other's synthoids (at the same time Cloverleaf and his crew attempted to steal the high tech power generators) and transformed into a superhuman pawn. As Cascade, Ross drove everyone away from the James Bay #7 plant and diverted electricty to the Other's project in the Arctic circle.
Cloverleaf Powerful Irish mercenary and current leader of the Raiders. He has several abilities and substantial combat training in how to use his powers. Extremely dangerous. Attempted theft of experimental generators from the James Bay #7 hydro-electric power plant.
Constrictor From the United States, he has steel tendrils which extrude from his wrists. He was at the Harris House in Hull, Canada.
Demon Elf A minion of the Blue Witch, he is an evil elf from another dimension.  He possesses superspeed and a potent hellfire blast. When the Blue Witch tricked TB into helping her enter the Earth dimension.  He was left behind in his home dimension.
Demon Rat A minion of the Blue Witch, he is an evil humanoid rat.  He can tunnel, carries a sword and has a CON drain damage sheild. When the Blue Witch tricked TB into helping her enter the Earth dimension.  He was left behind in his home dimension.
Doctor Apocalypse Apparently the true leader and force behind the Destroyers. He possesses great individual power and may have some link with extra-dimensional demonic beings (who are ethically opposed to the beings who built the Tower). The summation of the Death Duel with the Destroyers storyline when Team Beta invaded his South Pacific island base.
Doctor Death Doctor Death was a charismatic and intimidating looking low-power super and member of Deathstroke. Doctor Death, Red Knight, Stone and a number of highly trained normals took over a major bank in Paris, France and attempted to hold it for ransom with a [fake] nuclear device. Team Beta defeated the villains in short order and difused the situation. This proved to be a distraction for Deathstroke agents to steal required components for the nuclear threat device.
Doctor Draconis Marcus Draconis was a US scientist famed for his brilliant and danagerous weapon designs. He faked his death, built some power armor and founded the supervillain team Deathstroke. Deathstroke attempted to hold the world for nuclear ransom from their South Pacific island base. Team Beta raided their control center and thwarted their plans.
Doll An angst ridden US teenager with animated dolls. One doll is a Barbie doll and the other is a brass monkey. Team Beta's first public appearance; in Taiwan.
Doll's boyfriend The power to teleport or warp space-time. Team Beta's first public appearance; in Taiwan.
Ego Prime A powerful mentalist from another dimension. She claims it to be an "alternate Earth." She has a substantial cruel streak. The "Crisis at Caliente" prologue story, when she helped steal an experimental nuclear reactor.
Electrocutioner Anthropologist struck by his "lightning totem". Can generate electricity, fly and teleport. Member of the Destroyers. Death Duel with the Destroyers
Firefist A Canadian martial artist with flaming hands and feet. Lover of Spectrum. Team Beta's first public appearance; in Taiwan. She was being controlled by Doll.
Firewalker African shaman. Original member of Team Beta. Later left the team and is currently MIA.
Fortress Former strongman for the Hand of Glory arm of Richter 13. Once believed to be virtually unstoppable, he was killed by Mysa and the NC. None. He's only been mentioned in the backstory.
Freezerburn Mercenary with cold and ice powers. Partner of Melter. He has a known vulnerability to heat and electricity. The "Crisis at Caliente" prologue story, when she helped steal an experimental nuclear reactor.
Glaive Supervillain with the power to steal strength and augment the natural powers of others. She is petit and physically addicted to her powers. She was defending the Priestly facility in Northern Canada.
Iron Maiden Member of the Destroyers. Death Duel with the Destroyers
Jade Phoenix A member of Watch Tower Team Alpha. She trained Kodiak Steel in the art of Jade Phoenix Kung Fu. She is a petite Chinese woman who looks 30, but official records say she is over one hundred. Like the rest of Team Alpha, she is currently MIA in the Binary Zone. [None]
Kodiak Steel Russian chef who can transform into organic steel. Team Beta's resident brick. Original member of Team Beta.
La Llorona Mexican water elemental. Original member of Team Beta.
Lowry Watch Tower Commander Founding of Team Beta.
Luminary A powerful hermetic mage with a quiet Christian faith. She is a retired member of Watch Tower Team Alpha and maintains a romantic relationship with Shieldwall. She gave Team Beta a briefing on the magical techniques for traversing dimensions and what she thought Mysa's abilities might be.
Melter Mercenary with heat and light powers. Partner of Freezerburn. He has a known vulnerability to cutting and tearing attacks like swords and bullets. To date, he has only been mentioned in the backstory.
Monkey A monkey with the power to turn into a twelve-foot tall giant monkey. Joined Team Beta shortly after the incident with the "Goblin Queen."
Morningstar Amanda Long's supervillain identity. She has superhuman endurance, regenerative powers and can inflict pain with a telepathic attack. First mentioned: Amanda Long: In the NC backstory.

Mysa A powerful mystic from another dimension. She claims it to be an "alternate Earth." She seems to be a defensive fighter, but is capable of murder. The "Crisis at Caliente" prologue story, when she helped steal an experimental nuclear reactor.
Neo-Cybersuit Omega-X See Trans-dimensional Guardian Z. At this time his battlesuit was purely technological. See Trans-dimensional Guardian Z.
Niles, the Telepathic Squid A Squid from another dimension. Hasn't actually "appeared" per se, but has been mentioned several times in the backstory.
Other The Other is a genius with extensive scientific knowledge. He is a "gadgeteer" but none of his technology has ever been adequately examined. He was mentioned several times in the backstory, but first appeared at an abandoned Army base in the Artic Circle. He was attempting to free an ancient demon from its imprisonment within the ice.
Paladin A U.S. citizen who became frustrated at the bureucratic red tape and applied for membership in Team Beta. With Quantum Flux on extended medical leave, Paladin was accepted. He has magical powers related to necromancy. He helped Team Beta defeat Deathstroke's plot to blackmail the world with nuclear destruction.
Pathfinder A native of North America who gained "bio-energy" powers from a strange creature while in Kenya. His extraordinary martial arts talents are dramatically increased by his "bio-energy" powers. He was at the Harris House in Hull, Canada.
Powerdancer A member of the London Guard with martial arts and the ability to convert kinetic and electromagnetic energy to strength or plasma. He attended the London social event held by Amanda Long.
Quantum Flux Retired British diplomat turned superhero. Projects energy, absorbs energy and teleports. Sometimes has trouble controlling his powers, resulting in feedback. Original member of Team Beta.
Raiders The Raiders are three mercenaries each with different powers. They have good teamwork and are loyal employees. Attempted theft of experimental generators from the James Bay #7 hydro-electric power plant.
Ratman Unscrupulous scientist who gained the proportional powers of a rat, including superhuman strength, speed and claws. Member of the Destroyers. Death Duel with the Destroyers
Ripp, Melinda Melinda Ripp is the brains behind the Ripp Twins. She is calculating and a social climber. Ripp is a mutant with superhuman strength, durability and recouperative powers. She can fly and extrude claws from her hands. [None]
Ripp, Jacob Jacob Ripp is the brains behind the Ripp Twins. He is tempermental and a social climber. Ripp is a mutant with superhuman strength, durability and recouperative powers. He can fly and extrude claws from her hands. [None]
Rogue A flying brick from another dimension. She claims it to be an "alternate Earth." She appears to be nearly invulnerable to conventional injury. The "Crisis at Caliente" prologue story, when she helped steal an experimental nuclear reactor.
Savage Claw Psychotic and savage member of the Hand of Glory arm of Richter 13. Possesses superhuman speed, regenerative powers and claws.  Currently incarcerated in France. None. She's only been mentioned in the backstory.
Shapeshifter Deputy leader of the Destroyers. Wealthy business woman with shapeshifting and elasticity powers. Death Duel with the Destroyers
Shieldwall Watch Tower affiliated superhero with the power to generate fields of sapphire blue force. A defensive fighter. Helped Team Beta repel the thieves at the James Bay #7 hydro-electric power plant.
Spectrum Korean supervillain with the power to transform into light. It is unknown if she has a "normal" form. Team Beta's first public appearance; in Taiwan. She was being controlled by Doll.
Stinger An American entomologist turned superhuman when exposed to mutagens. Now a member of Deathstroke. Deathstroke attempted to hold the world for nuclear ransom from their South Pacific island base. Team Beta raided their control center and thwarted their plans.
Stone Brick from the US with the power to transform himself and others to stone. Has become something of a recurring villain. Team Beta's first public appearance; in Taiwan. He was being controlled by Doll.
Stormforce A hammer wielding, weather manipulating, super from Africa who combines African and Norse traditions. [None]
Synthoid Living humanoid constructions of the Other.  They posses superhuman strength and durability, but lack intelligence and creativity. Attempted theft of experimental generators from the James Bay #7 hydro-electric power plant. One kidnapped engineer Ross Kinkaid.
Taurus A giant minotaur from another dimension. He claims it to be an "alternate Earth." He is over ten feet tall and has been known to use an axe and sword. His hooves and horns are sharp. A very lethal brick. The "Crisis at Caliente" prologue story, when he helped steal an experimental nuclear reactor.
Trans-dimensional Guardian Z The hero formerly known as Neo. He has unlimited potential, but manifests it by the curious psychological crutch of an organic "battlesuit". Founding of Team Beta.
